We help businesses identify their support requirements and introduce them to independent virtual assistant agencies, including providers based in the Philippines.

2. What Loomo Does
Loomo provides an introduction and referral service. Our role is to:
- Understand your business requirements.
- Identify suitable virtual assistant solutions.
- Introduce you to third-party virtual assistant providers.
- Assist with initial communication between you and the provider.
Loomo does not directly provide virtual assistant services. Loomo does not:
- Employ virtual assistants.
- Manage virtual assistants.
- Supervise daily activities.
- Control working hours.
- Provide payroll.
- Guarantee individual performance.
Any agreement for virtual assistant services is made directly between you and the selected provider.
3. Third-Party Virtual Assistant Providers
Loomo works with independent third-party providers who provide virtual assistant services. These providers may be located in different countries, including the Philippines.
Once an introduction has been made:
- The provider is responsible for recruitment, selection, training, onboarding, management, and payment of virtual assistants.
- Any contract, service agreement, pricing arrangement, or employment relationship exists solely between you and the provider.
- Loomo is not responsible for the actions, omissions, performance, or conduct of the provider or any virtual assistant.
You are responsible for carrying out your own checks and deciding whether a provider is suitable for your business.
4. Client Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry through Loomo, you agree to provide accurate information about:
- Your business.
- Your requirements.
- The type of support you need.
- Your expected budget and timescales.
Providing inaccurate or misleading information may affect the suitability of introductions provided.
5. Introductions and Matching
Loomo will use reasonable efforts to identify suitable providers based on the information supplied. However:
- We do not guarantee that a suitable provider will always be available.
- We do not guarantee that an introduction will result in an agreement.
- We do not guarantee the success, profitability, or outcome of using a virtual assistant.
6. Fees and Commercial Arrangements
Unless otherwise stated, Loomo does not charge clients directly for making introductions.
The commercial relationship for virtual assistant services will be between the client and the selected provider.
Loomo may receive:
- Referral fees.
- Commission payments.
- Marketing fees.
- Other commercial benefits from third-party providers.
Any referral arrangement does not affect our responsibility to provide introductions based on suitability and client requirements.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Use virtual assistant services lawfully.
- Protect confidential business information.
- Maintain appropriate security procedures.
- Ensure your instructions to any provider comply with applicable laws.
- Manage your relationship with any provider directly.
8. No Employment Relationship
Loomo is not:
- An employer.
- A recruitment agency.
- An employment agency.
- An employer of record.
- A staffing provider.
Any employment, contractor, or service relationship involving virtual assistants is solely between the client and the third-party provider.
9. Data Protection
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting an enquiry, you agree that Loomo may share relevant information with selected third-party virtual assistant providers for the purpose of assessing your requirements and providing suitable service options. This may include providers outside the United Kingdom.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful purposes.
- Submit false enquiries.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access.
- Copy or misuse our content.
- Interfere with website operation.
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse occurs.
11. Intellectual Property
